Ensaimadas
Most corner bakeries will have the bun slathered with butter and dusted with sugar. In malls, more flavors are usually available such as those in caramel or ube. And for special occasions such as the holidays and birthdays, artisanal bakeries offer premium flavors such as those covered in edam or freshly grated french cheeses. As you see, there are many ways to enjoy this classic pastry. And we hope you love our take on it. 🙂
Parmesan
Our traditional buttery brioche is crowned with finely grated parmesan over a delicate sweet buttercream for a lightly salty and milky contrast.
Puto Bumbong
Our first truly Filipino flavor combines tops an ube (purple yam) flavored brioche with a dusting of steamed ube cake crumbs, panocha, toasted coconut flakes and parmesan.
Hotteok
Inspired by the korean street food classic, we topped light chocolate brioche with our delicate buttercream, injeolmi (roasted soybean powder), sugar cane and peanut crumble. The sweetened red beans at the core is pure love. Saranghae!
White Chocolate Matcha
An elegant, fluffy matcha (japanese green tea) flavored brioche bun topped with silky buttercream, sweetened matcha crumble and chips of white chocolate.
Chocolate Churro
A soft chocolate brioche bun topped with dark chocolate buttercream and cinnamon-dusted churro crumble. Elegant, rich and luxurious, but will make you feel like a kid inside. It’s good.
Coconut Pandan
A classic and favorite southeast asian flavor. This combines the sweet and grassy flavors of pandan with the tropical notes of coconut.
